Civilized, modern and great utility for any family.
Chrysler Town & Country Touring (2008)

Mini vans may have fallen out of favor in the last few years, but Chrysler has re-invented the all new for 2008 Town & Country into a fresh new look that is definitely worth a look.
The shape of the Town & Country Touring is more cross-over and less mini van, featuring a longer hood and a sleeker roof line. The two rear side doors open and close electrically, great for moms that need to open the doors for kids, or simply a convenience of not having to lug the heavy doors open or close. The size is pretty typical of a mid-sized SUV or cross over, so it’s easy to park almost anywhere. Turning radius is good and visibility from the driver’s seat is excellent. Rearward visibility is enhanced with the optional rear backup camera, making reversing into any parking spot a snap.
Inside, you are greeted with a comfortable, modern design and layout. There are nice touches everywhere, for example, LED white interior lighting, and a center headliner console featuring soft glow lighting that really makes the Town & Country feel elegant and upscale. Other nice touches include: Dual DVD’s with adjustable screens, rear ventilation controls and multiple auxiliary jacks plus plenty of convenient storage for both front and rear passenger areas. We liked the large cup holders, under floor security storage and the easy to live with low cargo area over-hang and deep trunk that is available when the third row of seats is being used. A novel feature for this model is the optional swivel second row seats that rotate to create a cozy club seating for the rear passengers. Great for a mini-van full of kinds who want to play games or chat while traveling. Air Conditioning is excellent and cooled the cabin quickly, especially with the rear cooling system turned on.
Driving the Town & Country Touring is a nice experience. We found it to be quiet, smooth and with plenty of power. The steering felt precise and balanced, however, don’t be fooled, this is not a sports car, aggressive cornering will give you lots of body roll and tire squeal. This is a people mover, and handles like one around the corners.
The all new Chrysler Town & Country Touring is a comfortable, modern mini-van that doesn’t feel like one.
